We are looking for a talented Senior Architect to drive design development, project coordination, statutory documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration across diverse project typologies. Location: Mumbai About the Role As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept through execution. You will be responsible for design development, consultant coordination, statutory documentation, and ensuring seamless project delivery while working closely with Project Heads and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and coordination of projects across all design stages. Work on large-scale projects across the Developer, Data Center, Healthcare (Hospitals), and Hospitality sectors. Ensure the delivery of high-quality design outputs, drawing packages,



and documentation within planned timelines. Develop innovative, context-driven design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives. Prepare comprehensive design portfolios, presentations, and project documentation at every stage of the design process. Present design proposals and coordinate with internal teams and multidisciplinary consultants to ensure design alignment. Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other consultants to deliver fully coordinated design solutions. Prepare and coordinate statutory submission drawings and liaise with permitting consultants for projects in Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region , ensuring timely approvals. Ensure productive project delivery in line with approved timelines, resource plans, and quality standards. Support project planning, resource utilization, and cost-effective project execution.
