nRole Overview
nAs a Senior Architect- Workplace Designer, the role requires the ability to think outside the box and collaborate with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver. Your keen attention to detail, artistic vision, and ability to harmonize aesthetics with functionality will be vital to your success in this role
nResponsibilities:
nClient Engagement:
n∙Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and vision for their corporate interior
nspaces.




n∙Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information about existing spaces and
nconditions.
n∙Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and
nexceptional customer service.
nConceptual Design:
n∙Create conceptual design proposals that encompass space planning, color schemes, furniture
nselections, and material choices.
n∙Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively convey design concepts to
nclients.
nSpace Planning and Layout:
n∙Develop productive and functional space plans, considering workflow, ergonomics, and corporate
nculture.
n∙Optimize space utilization to maximize productivity and create a harmonious work
nenvironment.
nMaterial Selection and Specification:
n∙Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to achieve the desired
naesthetic and performance goals.
