nWhat You'll Do:

- n
- Own end-to-end delivery of UiPath-based RPA automation projects across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.n
- Collaborate with US business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, timelines, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps.n
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, estimation, and execution activities to ensure timely delivery.n
- Drive Agile project execution through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives,



and backlog management.n
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans while providing proactive communication to stakeholders.n
- Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies.n
- Oversee release management, deployment planning, production readiness reviews, and go-live activities.n
- Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, milestones, and overall project health.n
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), hypercare support, and post-production stabilization activities.n
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.n
