Position: Sales Executive Location: Bangalore, Kochi, Malappuram, Coimbatore Reporting To: Area Sales Manager Experience: 3–5 Years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Graduation Mandatory) Preferred Industry: FMCG / Food Industry Key Responsibilities Achieve primary and secondary sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis. Expand market coverage by appointing recent retailers and strengthening distribution through effective beat planning and manpower deployment. Manage distributors efficiently as per company plans and timelines. Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate distribution-related information. Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and customers. Ensure 100% compliance with the organization's sales processes, systems, and policies within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure excellent customer service and long-term business growth.



Monitor and report sales performance against assigned targets in terms of volume and value. Maintain sales MIS, including reports related to sales activities, initiatives, and incentive programs. Required Skills & Competencies Fluent in Hindi and the local language. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Open-minded with a willingness to travel extensively. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a structured, organized, and target-oriented manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and presentation preparation. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution. Experience in the FMCG or food ingredients industry is preferred. Knowledge of the bakery ingredients industry will be an added advantage. Proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
