Responsibilities:

- Oversee and monitor daily construction activities on site.

- Supervise and instruct the construction team and contractors.

- Interpret drawings and provide instructions to workers.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and educating workers.

- Adhere to quality standards and maintain checklists to achieve required quality.

- Coordinate with agencies and vendors.

- Participate in project planning.

- Perform resource planning.

- Track and plan material deliveries.

- Maintain daily progress reports and submit them to the Manager.

- Identify and report any risks during the execution stage.

- Verify and authorize contractor/vendor measurements and bills.

- Maintain material records.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 4-8 years of experience in site supervision.

- Hands-on experience in the overall execution of residential projects.

- Interior Design experience is preferred.

- Robust coordination and communication skills.

- Proficiency in planning and scheduling.

- Sound knowledge of construction techniques.
