Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, support business growth, and enhance market reach. This role demands leadership, creativity, and strong analytical ability in industrial and B2B marketing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with company goals.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Define customer segments and prioritize target markets for product expansion.

- Brand Management

- Strengthen brand visibility and consistency across all platforms.
- Oversee marketing collaterals, product brochures, digital creatives, and corporate presentations.
- Maintain brand integrity through strict adherence to visual and communication guidelines.

- Product Marketing

- Collaborate with NPD (Current Product Development) and Sales teams for product launch strategies.
- Prepare technical marketing content,



product datasheets, and value-proposition presentations.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to enhance product positioning and pricing strategy.

- Communication Marketing

- Plan and execute corporate communication and PR campaigns.
- Organize participation in trade fairs, EV exhibitions, and industry events.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors for marketing deliverables.

- Lead Generation & Sales Support

- Design and execute lead generation campaigns through digital and offline channels.
- Support sales teams with promotional tools, case studies, and customer presentations.
- Monitor lead conversion metrics and enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Budgeting & Performance Tracking

- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through data analytics and performance KPIs.
- Present monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports to management.

Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: CMO
- Supervises: Marketing Team
