We are seeking a Senior CRM Developer to join our team of MS Dynamics developers and testers. This role will focus on continuous improvements to existing MS Dynamics CRM systems, integrated with Veripark products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and resolve design and implementation issues in existing systems.
- Provide timely solutions for incidents and problems to reduce support ticket volume.
- Propose and implement architectural and design changes, and guide other teams on their adoption to ensure consistency.
- Enhance the performance and reliability of CRM systems.
- Define and implement a robust software implementation and source code control process to safeguard pre-production tests and production deployments.
- Perform code reviews for developers to enhance overall code quality.





What We're Looking For

- Strong CRM implementation background.
- Extensive experience in multiple MS Dynamics CRM deliveries.
- Deep understanding of the challenges associated with large-scale CRM systems.
- Expertise in both Azure and on-premises installations of MS Dynamics 365, covering design and implementation aspects.
- Experience with VeriPark solutions (VT, VL, VC, VTBL) is desired.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Solid communication skills.
- Effective status reporting.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
