Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute programmatic strategies across web and app campaigns.

- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including trafficking, activation, bid strategy, and optimization.

- Analyze campaign performance and derive insights across audience segments, cohorts, and targeting groups.

- Collaborate with account teams to create client-friendly reports and performance insights.

- Support campaign planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and client presentations.

- Identify trends and opportunities for campaign expansion and innovation.

- Liaise with programmatic partners to maintain strong relationships and troubleshoot issues.

- Engage with clients to discuss performance and recommend improvements.

- Support new business pitches with strategy and presentation inputs.

- Stay updated with industry trends and share insights internally.

Required Skills & Competencies:





- 2–3 years of experience in programmatic digital media, preferably agency-side.

- Experience with Mobile-First DSPs such as Moloco, Jampp, RTBhouse, Remerge (DV360, The Trade Desk is a plus).

- Experience managing campaigns focused on app installs and conversions.

- Knowledge of Mobile Measurement Platforms such as Adjust and Appsflyer.

- Understanding of ad tracking and mobile measurement tools.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data handling.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.

- Robust problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
