We are currently seeking an accomplished Japanese Language Trainer to join our academic faculty for a project-based, institution-level training initiative.

Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and experienced Japanese Language Trainer to deliver institution-level training through a hybrid model – combining on-premise classroom sessions at our institutional campuses and client locations across Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, and Bangalore, with virtual online training via our digital learning platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong pedagogical expertise, cultural fluency, and the ability to engage learners across academic and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured, high-quality Japanese language training to students and professionals at the institutional level.
- Conduct training sessions in both on-premise (institution campuses/client sites) and online (virtual classroom) formats.
- Design and implement curricula aligned with JLPT frameworks (N5 to N3/N2 levels).
- Assess learner performance through regular evaluations, mock tests, and progress reports.
- Develop customized learning materials and resources for diverse learner groups.
- Track student progress, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training methodologies.
- Ensure consistent learning outcomes across all delivery modes.

Eligibility Criteria Candidates must meet at least one of the following qualification pathways:

- Certification Pathway: Valid JLPT N3, N2, or N1 certificate (scanned copy required).
- Academic Pathway:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Japanese Language / Japanese Studies / Linguistics (degree certificate required).
- Experience Pathway: 1 to 5 years of formal teaching experience in Japanese (experience letter from previous employer/institution required).

Essential Competencies:

- Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written Japanese.
- Strong command of English for instructional delivery.
- Proficiency in online training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Willingness to travel for on-premise training assignments across Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, and Bangalore.
