1. Eligibility
- PG Diploma / MBA / similar in travel studies
- 4-7 years in a similar role
- Knowledge about destinations, tour packages and flair for selling
- Ability to direct, supervise and lead a team of 3-7 and more
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office

Responsibility
- Achieve sales and revenue targets across all verticals – Group Tours (GIT), FIT and MICE
- Promote the Veena World brand through direct marketing and community engagement
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences in line with brand standards
- Supervise day-to-day team performance and align team goals with business objectives
- Prepare and share MIS reports with accurate data, feedback, concerns and actionable insights
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings and share inputs with the product and marketing team
