We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team, manage client delivery, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters. Allocate positions and monitor recruitment progress. Ensure timely delivery of quality candidate profiles to clients. Drive recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across multiple industries. Build sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking. Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and KPIs. Conduct team training and coaching to improve recruitment quality. Review candidate submissions before sharing with clients. Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular hiring updates. Improve interview, offer, and joining ratios. Ensure proper usage of ATS and maintain recruitment data accuracy. Prepare recruitment MIS reports and dashboards.



Continuously improve recruitment processes and service quality. Required Skills Strong experience in Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Industry. Hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. Team handling and leadership experience. Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social platforms. Excellent communication and client management skills. Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and recruitment analytics. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA (HR) is preferred. 5–10 years of recruitment experience. Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
