Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and problem-solving Custom Software & CRM Developer who can develop scalable business systems, dashboards, custom CRM platforms, and automation-focused software solutions.

The ideal candidate should understand system architecture, workflow optimization, database structures, and user-focused software experiences.

You will work on projects involving internal business systems, client management software, operational dashboards, automation tools, and custom web-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Software Development

- Develop custom web-based business applications
- Build scalable software systems and dashboards
- Create admin panels and internal management tools
- Develop CRM systems tailored to business workflows

CRM & Workflow Systems

- Build customer and lead management systems
- Create workflow automation and reporting systems
- Integrate third-party APIs and software tools
- Optimize business operations through digital systems

Technical Development

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Ensure responsive and secure application development
- Handle database management and backend functionality
- Troubleshoot bugs and optimize software performance

Collaboration & Execution

- Coordinate with UI/UX designers and project managers




- Understand business requirements and convert them into functional systems
- Ensure timely execution and project delivery
- Maintain proper project documentation and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in web application development
- Knowledge of frontend and backend technologies
- Experience with CRM and dashboard development
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and integrations
