We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Quality Incharge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet consistent quality standards throughout the production process. This role involves understanding customer requirements, developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products, and managing rejection rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
- Set requirements for raw materials and monitor supplier compliance.
- Manage rejection rates and implement strategies for reduction.
- Supervise the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control tests.
- Inspect products at various stages of production.
- Document production issues and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- Skills:
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies.
- Valuable knowledge of production processes.
- Ability to conduct quality tests and inspections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Education:
- ITI in Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, Wireman, or ICTSM.
- Non-ITI candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
