to join our team. Role Overview
We’re seeking a results-driven and articulate Sales Executive/Manager who will be responsible
for driving sales across corporate bulk gifting, exhibitions (D2C & B2B), architect and
interior designer collaborations, and online channels. The ideal candidate should have
robust communication skills, a refined understanding of premium retail, and a passion for design
and lifestyle products. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients for bulk gifting requirements. Represent RCasa at exhibitions and events, engaging with customers and ensuring a
seamless brand experience.



Identify and onboard architects, interior designers, and stylists for long-term
partnerships. Drive sales through D2C and online channels, assisting customers with product
queries and purchases. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and premium
service standards. Provide feedback from clients and market trends to the marketing and product teams. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in sales, retail, or luxury/home décor/lifestyle brands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel for exhibitions and client meetings. A keen aesthetic sense and understanding of premium consumer behavior. Why Join RCasa?
