KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform component-level fault finding and repair of PCB assemblies.
- Use digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing instruments for troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Install, configure, and update firmware/software as required.
- Conduct testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Prepare detailed service reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and documentation.
- Use service tracking applications to update job status and service records.
- Provide technical support and explain issues and solutions clearly to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

- ITI in Electrical/Electronics or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Required:

- Basic knowledge of PCB components and soldering techniques.




- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams.
- Familiarity with firmware/software installation.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel extensively for customer support and service activities.
- Flexible to work overtime and on-call shifts when required.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
