About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Engineer Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) to architect and deliver scalable master data governance solutions across Finance, ERP, and EPM ecosystems. This is not a maintenance role. You will design and engineer enterprise wide master data frameworks that ensure dimensional integrity across Planning, Consolidation (FCCS), ERP, ARCS, and reporting systems. You will play a key role in establishing data governance standards, automation strategies, and audit compliant workflows across global finance operations.

What Youll Do:

Enterprise Master Data Architecture:

- Architect and implement Oracle EDMCS applications to manage enterprise hierarchies and dimensions (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Entities, Products, Projects, etc.).
- Design viewpoint structures, node types, and hierarchy sets aligned with enterprise data models.
- Define and implement governance policies for metadata lifecycle management.

Workflow, Governance & Controls:

- Configure request workflows, approvals, and validations to enforce data governance standards.
- Implement change tracking, impact analysis, and audit controls.
- Ensure SOX compliant master data management practices.

Integration & Automation:

- Design and manage integrations between EDMCS and:
- Oracle EPBCS / Planning Cloud
- FCCS
- ARCS
- ERP Cloud
- Implement automated extracts, REST API integrations, and data synchronization processes.




- Partner with OIC and integration teams to enable seamless metadata propagation.

Data Strategy & Cross Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with Finance, Controllership, and IT teams to harmonize enterprise dimensions.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives (ERP/EPM redesign, chart of accounts rationalization).
- Establish reusable design patterns and metadata governance frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in EDMCS implementation.

What Youll Bring:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field, plus relevant years of experience in a related technical discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development environments.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 610+ years of Oracle EPM experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EDMCS.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-level master data and hierarchy governance frameworks.
- Robust understanding of:
- Chart of Accounts design
- Legal entity structures
- Cost center and project hierarchies
- Financial consolidation dimensional models

- Hands-on experience configuring:

- Viewpoints
- Node types
- Hierarchy sets
- Request workflows
- Validations and derivations

- Experience integrating EDMCS with Planning, FCCS, and ERP Cloud.
- Strong understanding of financial data governance and audit requirements.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred / Differentiators:

- Oracle Cloud EPM certification (EDMCS preferred).
- Experience in global enterprise transformation programs.
- Knowledge of:
- REST APIs & automation scripting
- OIC integrations
- Metadata performance optimization

- Exposure to large-scale Chart of Accounts redesign initiatives.
- Experience in telecom or other complex multi-entity enterprises.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices.
