JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions across both frontend and backend systems. This role exists to:

- Deliver complete applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Bridge frontend and backend by integrating client-side interfaces with server-side logic.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation by adopting contemporary frameworks, tools, and cloud technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Frontend Development: Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using JSP, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

· Backend Development: Develop robust APIs and services with Node.js, Java or Python.

· Database Management: Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.





· DevOps Practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.

· Code Review & Mentorship: Guide junior developers and enforce coding standards.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features efficiently.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record in full-stack projects involving both frontend and backend systems.
- Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing project lifecycles.
- Hands-on involvement in docker deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
