nThe ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

nRoles & Responsibilities
n1. Reach out to and counsel nurses regarding employment opportunities in Germany
n2. Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including growth opportunities, lifestyle, and financial stability.

Present and promote German language training packages that are essential for overseas job opportunities.
n4. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
n5. Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
n6. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
n7. Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth on boarding of candidates.
nWhat We're Looking For:
n1. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
n2. Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
n3. 0-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
