nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations for a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, GST invoicing, TDS, vendor payments, client billing, reconciliations, and compliance coordination.
nThis role requires someone who is responsible, accurate, deadline-driven, and capable of maintaining clean financial records without repeated follow-ups.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
nManage vendor bills, payment entries, and due dates.
nVerify vendor invoices, agreements, and supporting documents.
nTrack pending payments and ensure timely vendor payment processing.
nMaintain vendor-wise ledgers and payment records.
nCoordinate with vendors for invoice corrections, GST details, and payment confirmations.

Accounts Receivable & Client Billing
nPrepare and raise client invoices as per agreed commercials and billing cycles.
nTrack client payments and follow up internally for pending receivables.
nMaintain client-wise outstanding reports.
nCoordinate with the internal team for billing details, campaign spends, retainer fees, and additional work charges.
nEnsure timely invoice submission to clients with all required details.
n3. GST Invoicing & Compliance Support
nPrepare GST-compliant invoices.
nMaintain proper records of GST input and output.
nCoordinate with the CA for GST filing and reconciliation.
nEnsure GST numbers, billing addresses, and tax details are correctly captured.
nSupport monthly GST data preparation and documentation.
n4. TDS & Statutory Compliance
nMaintain TDS deduction records for vendors, freelancers, consultants, and applicable payments.
