nWe are looking for a qualified Dental Surgeon (BDS) who is interested in working in a dental
nlaboratory environment rather than a clinical practice. The role acts as the clinical bridge
nbetween dentists and laboratory technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate case
nplanning, and successful execution of dental restorations.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of restorative dentistry and
nprosthodontics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with
nboth external dentists and internal production teams.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
nCoordinate with dentists to understand treatment plans and laboratory requirements.
nExplain laboratory products, materials, and treatment options to clients.




nReview prescriptions, impressions, intraoral scans, photographs, and case details.
nCommunicate clinical requirements to CAD/CAM designers, ceramic technicians, implant
ntechnicians, and other laboratory staff.
nResolve technical and clinical queries from dentists and technicians.
nMonitor case progress and ensure timely completion.
nSupport quality control by reviewing completed cases before dispatch.
nMaintain accurate case documentation and ensure confidentiality.
nBuild strong relationships with dentists and provide ongoing product and technical support.
nStay updated with developments in restorative dentistry, implant prosthetics, and digital
nworkflows.
nQUALIFICATION:
nBachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognised university.
nValid Dental Council registration.
n1–5 years of experience in clinical dentistry or a dental laboratory is preferred.
