About the RolenBal Vidya Kendra Eduservices LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Business Head to lead and scale our School Franchise Business.
nWe are looking for a senior professional who can take ownership of franchise growth, build and manage a strong business development team, drive franchise acquisitions, and oversee franchise operations.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Lead and grow the School Franchise Business.n
- Build, lead and manage the Sales & Business Development team.n
- Drive franchise acquisition from lead generation to final closure.n
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve franchise growth targets.n
- Manage franchise operations and ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.n
- Build solid relationships with franchise partners and drive long-term business growth.n

Candidate Profilen
- n




- 5+ years of experience in School/Education Franchise Business.n
- Proven experience in franchise sales and team management.n
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.n
- Good understanding of franchise business development and operations.n
- Ability to independently manage and grow the franchise vertical.n
- Relevant industry experience is mandatory.n

QualificationnGraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Business Management preferred.
Compensationn₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + 5% incentive per franchise
Territory & TravelnPrimary Territory: Uttar Pradesh, with opportunities across other states as required.
nTravel Expenses: Provided by the company for official client meetings & business travel.
