nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) / Online Bidder to help expand our global client base through freelancing platforms and lead generation.
nKey Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality leads through online channels.n
- Bid on projects via Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer.com, Guru, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.n
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.n
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and project estimates.n




- Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and video meetings.n
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.n
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.n
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.n
- Manage sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.n
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Business Development or Online Bidding.n
- Proven experience on Upwork, PeoplePerHour, or similar freelancing platforms.n
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.n
- Solid proposal writing and negotiation skills.n
- Basic understanding of Website Development, Mobile Apps, AI Solutions, SEO, and Digital Marketing.n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.n
