Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
n* Manage the complete stock receiving and inward process at the store.
n* Ensure accurate checking of stock quantity, quality, and condition.
n* Verify incoming merchandise against invoices and delivery documents.
n* Manage GRN and system entries accurately and on time.
n* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, vendors, and store teams.
n* Handle stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess stock.
n* Ensure smooth movement of merchandise from the receiving bay to the stockroom and sales floor.
n* Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
n* Lead and manage the receiving team to ensure efficient store operations.
nWhat We're Looking For:
nExperience in retail receiving, inventory, or store operations
nStrong team handling and coordination skills
nGood knowledge of stock management and inventory processes
nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills
nAbility to work in a fast-paced retail workplace
