Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager/Sales Manager - Hydro & Infrastructure to join our team at EyeROV, India's first indigenous manufacturer of commercial underwater drones/ROVs. This role is pivotal in driving sales within government sectors like state-owned dam organizations, central/PSUs like NHPC, NTPC, etc. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to revenue realization, while developing strong relationships with our clients and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in expanding EyeROV's presence in the defence and Search and Rescue sector through cutting-edge sales strategies and excellent customer service.

- Achieving the sales targets for the companyn
- To work with Dams, Tunnels, and allied sectors for sales of EyeROV products and solutionsn
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realisationn
- Creation of techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders,



and other projectsn
- Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion, and maintaining customer relationships.n
- Handle Tenders with Govt, PSU, Semi-Govt, Private Companiesn
- Reports : Directly to the CEO.n
