Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
n• Drive product-led visibility through strategic PR seeding, media outreach, and curated media
ndrops.
n• Plan and execute high-impact media engagements, walkthroughs, events, and brand
ninteractions.
n• Build and maintain robust relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, business, lifestyle, and regional
nmedia.
n• Manage PR calendars for Lifestyle & Corporate , campaign timelines, and reporting with
nstrong adherence to TATs.
n• Track and analyse media coverage, share of voice, sentiment, and campaign performance.
n• Support crisis communication planning and real-time issue management.
n• Build leadership visibility through interviews, podcasts, opinion pieces, KOL collaborations,
nand speaking opportunities.
n• Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing initiatives including corporate updates, thought
nleadership, and campaign visibility.
n• Develop key industry narratives, media angles, and communication frameworks.
n• Work closely with senior leadership for strategic messaging and external communication.




n• Drive brand communication initiatives around craft, artisan clusters, heritage, sustainability,
nand the brand's larger vision and mission.
n• Build compelling storytelling narratives that strengthen brand identity and emotional consumer
nconnect.
n• Develop communication frameworks for campaigns, launches, cultural moments, and brand-
nled initiatives.
n• Ensure consistent articulation of brand values across media, content, leadership
ncommunication, and marketing channels.
n• Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring forward stories around craftsmanship,
ncommunities, and brand purpose.
n• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
n• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation and amplification.
n• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand positioning across channels.
