Job DescriptionThe role:
nThe Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen's Kochi office. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks.
nWhat your day will look like:

- n
- Draft immigration applications in Frenchn
- Draft support lettersn
- Maintain Fragomen's database and client folders up to daten
- Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen's databasen
- Identify embassies / consulates in charge for a specific assigneen
- Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration mattersn
- Check appointment availability at embassy / consulaten
- Participate in case auditsn
- Rename and downsize documents, request company set upn
- Create client care lettersn
- Take on any additional projects as requiredn
nWhat we are looking for:
nEssential criteria:
n
- n
- High level of French language, ideally C level, but at least B2n
- Strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational backgroundn
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a quick paced environmentn
- Being confident in verbal communicationn
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task.n
- Be proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervisionn
- Be able to plan workload, meet deadlines and prioritiesn
- Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layoutsn
- Completes tasks within agreed time-frames and in line with expectationsn
- Implement effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlinesn
- Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, Internet and email systemsn
