nWhat We're Looking For:

- Strong P&C; domain knowledge combined with operational leadership experience.n
- Oversee end-to-end Property & Casualty insurance processes, including Policy Administration, Underwriting Support and Submissions, Claims processing and lifecycle supportn
- Knowledge of insurance systems such as Guidewire (GG), APLUS, SFDC is preferred.n
- Proven experience in team handling and people managementn
- Ability to manage teams in a agile, high-performance environment.n
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve operational excellence.n
- Manage performance, productivity, and quality metrics ensuring alignment with business goals.n
- Handle attrition management, employee engagement, and grievance resolution effectively.n
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development initiatives.n
