- Create high-quality motion graphics for short-form & long-form contentn
- Turn scripts into engaging, retention-first videosn
- Design clean, contemporary, high-impact visual systemsn
- Work closely with editors & writers to bring ideas to lifen

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- 2–3 years of professional experience in event editing, aftermovies, montages,



or recap videos.n
- Strong storytelling ability with an excellent sense of rhythm, pacing, and music.n
- Ability to create cinematic, energetic, and emotionally engaging edits.n
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).n
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.n
- Experience working with fast-paced, real-world footage captured in live environments.n
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines without compromising quality.n
- A portfolio showcasing event films, aftermovies, highlight edits, or social-first video content.n

- Experience creating content for brands or digital-first campaigns.n
- Understanding of motion graphics and animation.n
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.n
- Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.n
