nManager / Senior Manager – Customer & Marketing Analytics
nLocation: India
nAs a Manager/Senior Manager, you will:
n1. Work with clients leading marketing & customer roles at Fortune 100 Retailers
n2. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems. Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.
n3. Collaboratively work with leadership and SMEs to create cutting-edge solutions for business challenges. Utilize your understanding of retail data and analytics to drive decision-making.
n4. Leverage your expertise in Data such as Orders, Merchandising, Customer Data, Click Stream (Digital), Marketing, and Promotions Data, to provide effective solutions.
n5. Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as segmentation/clustering, recommendation engines, propensity models, and forecasting to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
n6.



Be part of the Lead CXM engagements and strengthen the delivery by developing scalable & reusable assets, training analysts, and building a foundation.
n7. Assist in Opportunity identification / POV creation / Proposal for clients.
n8. Apply Agile methods to manage analytics projects efficiently, ensuring they deliver value quickly.
n9. Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and data engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.
nMust-Have Skills:
n1. 9-15 years of professional experience in Analytics, showcasing demonstrated expertise in retail, marketing, and customer analytics projects
n2. Demonstrated capability in machine learning domains such as regression, classification, unsupervised learning
n3. Experience in marketing analytics, evaluating campaign effectiveness, test and learn, AB testing, market mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution
n4. Experience in Building customer segments, Propensity Models, CLTV Models, Recommender system etc.
