nRole Overview
nThe Associate - Workplace Designer requires a proactive, imaginative, and hands-on leader who brings both artistic vision and technical expertise to complex workplace environments. The Associate - Workplace Designer collaborates closely with clients, project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, functional, and aesthetically compelling workspace solutions.



This role demands the ability to think creatively while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and overseeing the entire design process from concept through execution.
nResponsibilities:
nClient Engagement:
nCollaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and vision for their corporate interior spaces.
nConduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information about existing spaces and conditions.
nDevelop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
nConceptual Design:
nCreate conceptual design proposals that encompass space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and material choices.
nPrepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively convey design concepts to clients.
nSpace Planning and Layout:
nDevelop productive and functional space plans, considering workflow, ergonomics, and corporate culture.
