Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a Social Media Manager (Social Media (AI Native) who lives and breathes social media. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, save a post, share a reel, or follow a brand. At Leap, you'll own our social media presence across platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, helping us build one of the most engaging study abroad communities in the country.
nThis role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with execution, has a strong understanding of internet culture, and has a proven track record of growing and managing social channels.
nThe Charter Will Include:

- Own and drive Leap's social media strategy across Instagram and emerging platformsn
- Build and execute content calendars aligned with business and brand goalsn
- Grow Instagram through a mix of reels, carousels, creator-led content, trends, and community-first storytellingn
- Identify social trends, cultural moments, and platform updates, and adapt them for the study abroad audiencen
- Work closely with content creators, designers,



video editors, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to lifen
- Drive audience engagement through comments, DMs, community initiatives, and social listeningn
- Monitor performance metrics, identify insights, and continuously optimize content based on datan
- Experiment aggressively with recent content formats, growth levers, and platform featuresn

nIdeal Persona Would Have:

- n
- 2–3 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand, creator, media company, or community.n
- Demonstrated success in growing Instagram accounts through organic content and community-building efforts.n
- Strong understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and social media trends.n
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for what performs on social.n
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and content production teams.n
