nExperience: 8-12 years in Instructional Design, eLearning, or Learning & Development.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with SMEs to design engaging online learning experiences.n
- Develop instructional content using ADDIE, Backward Design, and Bloom's Taxonomy.n
- Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content.n
- Work with tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, H5P, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.n
- Support learner engagement and continuously improve course effectiveness.n

nRequired Skills:

- Robust understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.n
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.n
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and content development skills.n
- Experience working with faculty, trainers, or SMEs is an advantage.n
