nWe are seeking a Finance Specialist who will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting processesn
- Handle payroll, invoicing, and reconciliationsn
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST, etc.)n
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and dashboardsn
- Support budgeting and forecasting activitiesn




- Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholdersn
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial processesn

nRequirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldn
- 1–2 years of relevant experiencen
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliancen
- Experience with tools like Tally, Excel, or ERP systemsn
