nThe Role
nWe are seeking a skilled Integration Product Support Systems Engineer to ensure the seamless integration, sustainment, and operational effectiveness of ADASI's UAV systems throughout their lifecycle. This role serves as a critical bridge between engineering design and long-term product support. You will drive supportability strategies, contribute to design-for-maintenance, and coordinate with logistics, field operations, and manufacturing teams to optimize reliability, maintainability, and mission readiness.

nKey Responsibilities

- Participate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and provide feedback on maintainability and supportabilityn
- Analyze engineering designs against Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and RM&S; principlesn
- Conduct supportability analysis: FMECA, MTA, LORA, RCMn
- Develop and maintain support documents including maintenance manuals, provisioning data, and BOMsn
- Collaborate on PLM, configuration control, and obsolescence managementn
- Support system integration and validation tests, with focus on field maintainabilityn
- Contribute to operator/maintainer training content and technical publicationsn
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of support strategiesn
