Location: Delhi NCR Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: Director / CFO Salary - Rs 20.00 Lacs Key Responsibilities ✔️ Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team ✔️ Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements ✔️ Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets & Bank Reconciliation ✔️ Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, etc. ✔️ Coordinate with statutory, internal & tax auditors and regulatory authorities ✔️ Prepare budgets, financial forecasts & cash flow projections ✔️ Monitor working capital, fund utilization & profitability analysis ✔️ Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making ✔️ Implement internal financial controls and accounting policies ✔️ Ensure compliance with Companies Act,



GST, Income Tax and other statutory regulations ✔️ Liaise with banks for working capital, term loans and banking documentation ✔️ Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives ✔️ Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies ✔️ Mentor and develop the Finance team Qualifications ✅ Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory ✅ 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts ✅ Experience in Manufacturing or Garment Export Industry preferred ✅ Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act & Financial Reporting ✅ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and Advanced MS Excel Key Skills * Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) * Budgeting & Forecasting * Finalization of Accounts * Taxation & Statutory Compliance * Audit Management * Cost Accounting & Cost Control * Cash Flow Management * MIS & Financial Report
