We are looking for an experienced QA/QE leader with a strong background in Corporate Banking , particularly Cash Management , combined with hands-on exposure to Intellect Design Arena products and a strong understanding of test automation . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end QA/QE delivery across Corporate Banking transformation programs. Define and execute test strategy, test planning, estimation, governance, and delivery. Manage Functional, Integration, SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing. Drive automation adoption and ensure maximum test coverage through automation frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and program leadership to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor quality metrics, risks, defects,



and release readiness while providing regular governance updates to senior stakeholders. Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple workstreams in an Agile delivery environment. Mandatory Skills & Experience Minimum 12 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Test Manager leading enterprise-scale QA programs. Strong experience in Corporate Banking . Hands-on experience in Cash Management solutions is mandatory. Experience working on Intellect Design Arena Corporate Banking/Cash Management products is mandatory. Robust understanding of test automation with exposure to automation strategy, framework implementation, and automation-led delivery. Experience managing automation teams using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UFT, Cypress, or similar. Good understanding of API, database, and integration testing. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps,
