- Expertise in strategic market analysis and deal structuring (including revenue sharing / management contract models)n
- Preferred: Robust exposure to Tier-1 Tier-2 city marketsn

nStrategic Expansion Leadership

- Define and execute the organization's expansion strategy across target markets, identifying high-value micro-markets for growth.n
- Oversee market research, competitive benchmarking, and rental trend analysis to aid decision-making.n
- Develop multi-year expansion roadmaps in alignment with company vision and financial goals.n

nBusiness Development & Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and channel partners to secure priority access to prime properties.n
- Curate potential property options and evaluate on the basis of an acquisition checklist to qualify.n
- Represent alt.f in high-level negotiations with property owners, investors, and external stakeholders.n

nDeal Structuring & Negotiation

- Lead negotiations for LOIs, agreements, and financial terms in alignment with the company's financial models.n
- Evaluate and structure revenue-sharing or management contract arrangements where applicable.n

nProject Acquisition & Execution Oversight

- n
- Oversee parameter-based site selection, due diligence, legal documentation, and compliance processes.n
- Collaborate with design, and project teams to finalize BOQs and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.n
