nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Customer Support Intern who enjoys interacting with people, understands ethnic fashion, and can patiently guide customers through their buying journey. This role involves direct communication with customers across WhatsApp, calls, and online platforms.
nKey Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp chats, phone calls, and messagesn
- Understand customer requirements related to sarees, salwars, and ethnic productsn
- Provide accurate product information, including fabric, designs, pricing, availability, and caren
- Assist customers in placing online orders and resolving basic checkout issuesn
- Follow up on customer queries, order confirmations, and delivery-related questionsn
- Maintain polite, professional, and empathetic communication at all timesn




- Coordinate with the internal team for product details and order updatesn
