Job DescriptionRole Purpose:
nDrive customer experience projects from idea to execution. Work closely with tech,
nproduct, operations, and vendors to improve customer journeys, integrations, and
nautomation initiatives.
nKey Responsibilities:
nManage CX projects end to end from requirement gathering to go live.
nPrepare BRDs, process flows, requirement documents, and define KPIs.
nCoordinate with tech teams for API integrations (basic understanding of REST/SOAP
nrequired).
nWork on CRM, telephony, CTI, WhatsApp, chatbot, and automation initiatives.
nParticipate and lead vendor discussions for integrations and enhancements.
nDrive UAT and ensure smooth production rollout.
nMonitor impact post launch and track improvement in CX metrics.




nMaintain project tracker, timelines, risk logs, and stakeholder updates.
nRequired Skills:
n2–5 years experience in program management / CX projects / product operations.
nBasic understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP – high level clarity).
nBasic understanding of telephony flow and CTI concepts.
nExposure to CRM systems.
nExposure to WhatsApp and chatbot platforms.
nAbility to independently draft BRDs.
nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.
nData driven mindset with reporting capability.
