nRequired Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile Engineering, or related field.n
- Experience in automotive Tier-1 supplier setting preferred.n

nExperience:
n
- n
- 5-14 years of experience in automotive seat trim, upholstery, seating systems, or automotive interior manufacturing.n

- Supervise production activities related to car seat trim manufacturing, including cutting, sewing, foam assembly, upholstery, and final seat trim assembly.n




- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per production plan.n
- Monitor line balancing and optimize manpower utilization.n
- Minimize downtime and coordinate with maintenance for quick resolution of equipment issues.n
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery requirementsn

nQuality Assurance

- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.n
- Conduct in-process quality checks and implement corrective actions for defects.n
- Monitor key quality metrics such as PPM, rejection, rework, and customer complaintsn
