The ideal candidate should have evolved from an individual tele caller or inside sales executive into a leadership role and possess a deep understanding of the complete sales lifecycle — including lead qualification, demo scheduling, follow-ups, conversion management, CRM discipline, team productivity, and revenue growth. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on sales management, coaching expertise, and the ability to drive aggressive business targets in a quick-paced environment.
