nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for 7+ Years experience Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes for advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and aerospace products.
nYou will work closely with Design, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for UAV and aerospace products.n
- Support recent product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing industrialization.n
- Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Concurrent Engineering activities.n
- Develop manufacturing process plans, assembly methods, and production workflows.n
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including: Bills of Materials (BOM), Manufacturing Routings, Work Instructions (WI), Material Masters, Process Documentationn
- Work with Design Engineers to improve product manufacturability and reduce production costs.n
- Support tooling selection, fixture design, and manufacturing equipment requirements.n
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure manufacturing readiness and quality of supplied components.n
- Lead process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.n
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).n
- Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) and support risk mitigation activities.n
- Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to resolve production issues.n
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.n
