Define project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance. Drive successful customer engagements with a focus on quality and business value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Track delivery metrics, budgets, risks, and executive-level reporting.
Promote innovation by leveraging AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT.
