nKey Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions accuratelyn
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reportsn
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processesn
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularlyn




- Support budgeting activities and track expenses against budgetsn
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filingsn
- Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors during audit processesn
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial recordsn
- Process payroll and maintain payroll recordsn
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial informationn
- Maintain backups of financial data and recordsn

nQualifications & Skills:

- n
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B. Com preferred)n
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Inter/IPCC) are preferred.n
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financen
- Good understanding of accounting principles (GAAP basics)n
- Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)n
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)n
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutor
