- Own end-to-end program planning, execution, governance, and delivery tracking across multiple projects or workstreamsn
- Align business, technology, delivery, and leadership stakeholders on program goals, priorities, milestones,



and success criterian
- Drive program governance through status reviews, steering committee meetings, executive updates, RAID tracking, and action closuren
- Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation plans proactivelyn
- Track delivery progress, scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource utilization, and program-level KPIsn
- Coordinate with project managers, scrum masters, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and client stakeholders for smooth executionn
- Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, change management, compliance requirements, and governance frameworksn
