nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven expertise in West Hyderabad's residential real estate market. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in selling premium residential projects and luxury gated communities, along with strong market knowledge, channel partner relationships, and leadership capabilities to drive sales growth..
nKey Responsibilities:

- Drive project sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.n
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and prospective customers.n
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, client meetings, and sales negotiations.n
- Generate qualified leads through various sales and marketing initiatives.n
- Monitor sales funnel,



bookings, collections, and conversion ratios.n
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.n
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.n
- Ensure timely closures and maximize revenue generation.n
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.n

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).n
- 8–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.n
- Proven sales experience with strong market exposure in West Hyderabad (Mandatory).n
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.n
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.n
- Experience in channel sales and broker network management.n
