Job DescriptionJob SummarynWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead and manage our sales operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in residential project sales, land sales, and villa sales, with a proven ability to achieve targets and manage high-performing teams under tremendous pressure.
Key Responsibilitiesn· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
n· Lead and manage the complete sales function, including Tele-Sales and field sales teams.
n· Recruit, onboard, train, motivate, and mentor Tele-Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
n· Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
n· Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
n· Manage sales operations for residential projects, land, and villa sales.
n· Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline to improve lead conversion and revenue generation.
n· Monitor team performance and take corrective action to improve productivity.




n· Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and sales training sessions.
n· Track key sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present updates to senior management.
n· Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and convert qualified leads.
n· Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business and referrals.
n· Identify new market opportunities and develop plans for business expansion.
n· Maintain effective sales processes, customer follow-ups, and reporting systems.
n· Work effectively under tremendous pressure while managing multiple priorities and achieving targets.
Key Skills and Competenciesn· Proven sales record as a General Manager, Sales Head, Project Head, or similar leadership role.
n· Minimum 10 years of experience in residential project sales, land sales, and villa sales is mandatory.
