nYour responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Drive and execute the Career Services strategy to achieve placement and internship targets, including placement rate and average CTC benchmarks.n
- Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle for internships and final placements.n
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry partners to expand placement opportunities.n
- Collaborate with Deans, faculty, and alumni to identify and unlock new career pathways for students.n
- Provide hands-on career guidance to students, including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.n
- Plan and deliver high-impact employer engagement initiatives such as Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), career fairs, workshops, and networking events.n
- Track placement progress, analyze trends,



and ensure timely achievement of targets.n
- Gather employer insights and feedback to continuously strengthen Career Services programs.n
- Maintain and enhance employer and alumni databases to support long-term engagement.n
- Partner with Associate Directors (ADs) to execute school-specific placement strategies.n
- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts, ensuring sustained engagement year-on-year.n
- Drive outreach and branding initiatives to position Krea University strongly among recruiters.n
- Ensure accurate MIS, reporting, and adherence to internal processes for all Career Services activities.n
