nRole: Technical Sales Consultant (Pre-Sales)
nBase Location: Noida
nWorking Model: Initially remote, with the expectation that the resource may be required to work from the office on an as-needed basis, such as during client visits or due to changes in company policy and norms, travel / relocation will be on candidate's expense.
nShift Timings: US Shift Time (6 pm IST Onwards) (Depending upon the work requirement)

nThe Technical Consultant role is a sales engineering position that requires:

- A solid understanding of one of the following solution areas: Connectivity, Unified Communications, Software Defined Wide Area Network (SDWAN) and Cyber Security technologies.n




- The ability to collaborate effectively with sales professionals, internal operations and delivery teams, as well as TELUS business clients.n

nIn partnership with the Sales team, you will work on low to medium complexity technical activities and solutions that address the business needs of customers across Canada.
nYour responsibilities include:

- Leveraging expertise in one of the following solution areas:n
- Connectivity: Business Internet, High Speed Internet Access, GPON: 4 Offshoren
- Unified Communications: Business Connect (White Glove), MS Teams O365 + Bundlen
- Software Defined Wide Area Network (SDWAN): TMNE Bundle, GoCo SDWAN: 4 Offshoren
- Cyber Security: Managed Detection Response, Pentesting, E-mail Protection, Managed Awarenessn
- Working with internal TELUS stakeholders: (sales professionals, internal operations and delivery teams) throughout the solution developme
