The Role

We're hiring an Online Fitness Coach to deliver the SFF Method to our client base.



You'll own the client experience post-sale: onboarding, program delivery, check-ins, and keeping clients accountable and motivated through their transformation journey. This is a client-facing, WhatsApp-first role — no in-person training involved.

What You’ll Do
- Onboard current clients through Week 0 (Lifestyle Audit + Mindset Optimization) before moving them into their program phase
- Deliver and adapt the SFF Method's four phases (Reset → Rebuild → Strengthen → Stay Fit Forever) based on each client's progress
- Build personalized workout and nutrition plans in line with SFF Method nutritional guidelines
- Run regular check-ins via WhatsApp — reviewing progress, adjusting plans, and solving adherence issues
- Keep clients motivated and on track across the full length of their program
- Flag renewal-ready clients and support the retention/renewal process
- Maintain accurate client records and progress logs
